This hotel was nice place for exploring Gold Coast, liked it. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, a seating area and a couch bed were a nice touch. By the way, to access the net we paid 30 AUD per 24 hours.

It was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment looked as though it had been through a recent refurbishment. Enough parking so we didn't have to park on the street. Even though it was on a main road it wasn't noisy.
It had a couple of maintenance issues, no bath plugs, a light not working and no remote for the TV in the second bedroom. The lounge and bed covers were dated and spoiled the look of an otherwise nice looking apartment. It was nearly in Broadbeach instead of close to Surfers making it a bit far to walk. Not a particularly nice outlook but not bad considering the location.

I was really comfortable and the room was lively. Pool/spa facilities were also great. Would come and stay again.
Only problem I found was that the receptionist wasn't there on the weekends.

I thourghly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I traveld with a friend and loved the two single bed option. The studio apartment was clean and I found the laundry facilities to be incredibly handy.
The only thing I was disappointed with was the bedding. We were provided with two thin blankets wich didnt do a lot to keep the warmth in and felt close to sleeping without any blankets at all. I duvet or even just a woolen blanket would have been much appreciated. Other than that I have no complaints and would happily stay again

Clean and tidy rooms, nice pool area, very family friendly, affordable and comfortable. A farely easy 10 minute walk to main shops or an $8 cab ride if you're tired after a day of site seeing or theme parks. Plenty of good food around if you want to eat out or take-away.

For the price we paid it was a lot nicer than what we expected.
As we are two ladies we requested two beds. Even though the resort were doing us a favour and upgraded us to a 1 bed apartment they did not read our booking request and we ended up with a double hard as a rock bed. As reception closes at 5pm and we did not arrive until 7.30pm there was noone to help. When we enquired the next morning the receptionist said he would see if he had a rolling bed???? Downstairs however we waited and never heard or saw him again. Lucky we have been friends for years!! It is time their beds were upgraded to something a little more comfortable and a sofa bed would have come in handy for our predicament.

Location was great - in between surfers paradise and broad beach. Nice view from the 13th floor.
Temperature control in the room wasn't good. We had the heat on. The fan blew right on the bed and cycled between hot air (throw off the covers) and cold air (brrr). There was a little kitchen but it wasn't stocked very well. The only bowls were big shallow ones and the only pans were a very small Teflon skillet (no non-metal utensils to use with it) and a very small saucepan.

Price and location
There were road works but not the hotels fault. There was no remote control for the tv and the carpets needed vacuuming the day we arrived.
